Boyan Slat was a young dutch man whose achievements helped inspire other people to clean up the oceans. Boyan was born on 27th of July 1994. He had a plan to clean up the Great Pacific Garbage Patch by using giant booms that he designed.
“I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will never go hungry, and whoever believes in me will never be thirsty. But as I told you, you have seen me and still you do not believe. All those the Father gives me will come to me, and whoever comes to me I will never drive away.”
In my Lenten backpack I have a bible so I can read about Jesus and God. The Rosary allows me to encounter Mary and I have packed a pencil so I can write about Jesus. I have packed my lunch bag so I can eat and feed the hungry and I have a water bottle so I wont be thirsty on my journey.
